Who we are
We’re a team of real estate and technology folks based in San Francisco who recognized that existing solutions to the problem of lease administration were outdated, expensive, and difficult to set up. We spent a year meeting with real estate and finance teams at companies of all sizes, asking them about what they needed to better manage their portfolios.
Through that process we learned that all companies want something easy to set up and use, that doesn’t require any manual data entry, and that allows them to stay on top of their real estate data in a simple, intuitive, mobile-optimized way, all delivered with transparent monthly pricing. These are the principles that Spacebase was founded on.
